I am very honest reliable person with a naturally caring nature, I enjoy doing care work, first I was helping My Grandad when he was severely ill with personal care and then chose to come into the care field professionally, and been doing care work ever since and have learned alot about this field and also enjoyed every bit.
The most rewarding job I have experienced is care work as putting a smile on people just it self is a blessing.
I have done care work for over 9 years now, I worked in the community for 6 years looking after people in their own homes providing stoma care, personal care and also administering medication.
I have also worked in residential homes and nursing care homes.
I have done over 3 years private care work in which I was providing a care to a young Gentleman who had Celebral palsy, duties there were giving medication through peg tube and stoma care and nebulizer care.
Booking appointments, ordering medication and overall making sure all needs were taken care of.
I have experience in Stoma care, personal care, peg feeding , nebulizer, dementia care worked with people with Muscular dystrophy, celebral palsy, learning difficulties, stroke patients, cancer patients and have lots more experience.
I can use all types of equipments and am very confident in using them as fully trained and experienced.
I have completed lots of training and also held a Diploma in Health and social care Level 2.
